Ive been without a ride for literally 2 weeks and have had to miss work and all because of no transportationI requested a temporary loaner car for me to be able to get around and they denied it saying they dont have an cars available this is the worst company to deal with and has very bad business!! I wouldnt recommend anyone to purchase from them and they really need to go out of business! Ive had 2 cars within 2 months and neither havent been any goodI NEED SOMETHING TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS POOR, awful situation that Im in and I need it to be handled FAST!! I strongly deserve a full refund because this is the worst experience ever!!! If not a refund the car payments I would settle for the refund of the down payment, I deserve that. ** November 23rd, he text me saying it was needing a TRANSMISSION REPLACEMENT!! From November 23rd til todays date (December 1st) I havent heard ANYTHING FROM ANYONE AT IFINANCE!! I dont understand how a company can do this to a person, The manager (*****) has the most WORST and UNPROFESSIONAL communication skills Ive ever witnessed!! This company dont care anything about the concerns and issues that those unreliable cars causes for people. She had a tow truck to come pick it up within like 2 days or ****** tried to charge me a towing fee, I told them I wasnt paying anything because it wasnt my fault and not my responsibility! October 3rd, the salesman contacted me saying I had to go online to pick out another car because of the problems with the Altima, they wouldnt refund me but gave me a credit for my down payment and said for me to go online and pick out another car within the same price range but if the down payment was more than what I put down at first that I would have to pay some more money so I ended up picking out a ****** Camry as the replacement car but I had to pay $400 extra towards the down payment on this car.October 21st every light in the car came on and shut the car completely off.I contacted them and told them I had car trouble againtow guy picked it up that following Saturday morning and took it to the shop in colliervilleI was contacted later that week saying it was an alternator problem and something else but they wouldnt tell me the other part to it, they fixed the alternator and I had to go pick up the car October 31st finally(no transportation during this time )on November 17th car shut down on me and my children while we were on the highway headed home, it lost all power and wouldnt crank back upI knew then it had to be something seriously wrongonce again, I contacted The manager (*****) and she wouldnt answer the phone so I sent her a text message letting her know the problems I was facing, NO RESPONSE!! November 22nd a guy from the shop text me saying it was in line for inspection at *************************** shop in *********, **. I did that, they took care of those issues but it took them so long to fix it but they did, however On September 19, ******************************************* the car and it lost all speed and power so I couldnt no longer drive the car.I immediately contacted the MANAGER and was trying to let her know what was going on, it took forever for her to respond.after about a week she finally responded through a text message asking me what was it doing I sent her the codes and problems that it was reading from autozone. After about 2 weeks of having the car, issues started transpiringI did a warranty claim and they contacted me saying to take the car to the shop for it to be inspected. I purchased a ****** Altima August 9,2022 from this company (Ifinance).
